California White Sage

White Sage is a traditional herb for ceremonial or personal use, for the purposes of healing, purification and blessings.

For the practice of smudging, spiritual cleansing with smoke, you can burn a single leaf or bundle of leaves and fan the smoke around a person or a space, so that the space is smudged or washed of any negativity or heaviness.
